I work in a trade that includes home gutter cleaning. With an iPhone or iPod touch mounted on a long extension pole I am able to inspect for debris quickly and safely from the ground and use my iPad as a monitor. Woohoo!

Great app! Video quality is clear and crisp. Plan on using this as a backup camera on my truck and trailer for hooking up and and backing into tight camping spots.

Using this app to troubleshoot heating and cooling issue. Has helped tremendously! For me its working Best using Wi-Fi but in a pinch Bluetooth works quite well. Only complaint, drains battery fast, but is expected with camera on steady. Well worth the $1 instead of buying those expensive cameras. Im sure I will find more uses for this great app.

This takes pictures but doesnt record!!

Only works when both devices have wifi or Bluetooth. Presence has a smaller screen but allows monitoring without wifi.

Works well. Would love to see zoom on camera.

Ive tried connecting my iPad mini and iPhone 4S and they wont connect. Very disappointing!

Minor bugs and a few connection drops but they are rare. GREAT app though! I love it.

First when in wifi mode and I take a pic the pic needs to be on my camera roll not off in space somewhere ! Second Bluetooth does not work when I click set up camera I need to select wifi or Bluetooth dont pop up a menu and tell theres no wifi I know that ! Thats why I want to use Bluetooth in the first place last I paid for this app and you have not updated it to fix this crap , Ill not buy any of you crap again!

I’m using it with my iPhone and my iPad. Setup is a breeze. Couldn’t be easier. When my iPad is the monitor and my iPhone is the camera, it makes the connection when you touch the camera device name (Glenn’s iPhone) which appears on the monitor(iPad) screen. That’s why some might have been unable to make the connection. They didn’t touch the device name that appears on the monitor’s black screen. Also, I’m able to record what I see coming from the iPhone. This app is simply brilliant!

Using this on an iPad mini and iPhone 5s. The remote connections (wifi and bluetooth) all works fine. Taking remote pictures works fine. The only feature that I wanted to work does not and that is remote recording. I press the record button, the session starts, press stop recording, and a message tells me the recording is saved on the remote device. Nothing, nadda, zip, zero! Please fix or refund my purchase. Thank you!

Today I tried a bunch of apps which are supposed to provide wifi or bluetooth video streaming and camera remote control. This is the only app that worked as described as of today. I tested an iPhone 4s and an iPad both with iOS 8.1 and an iPhone 5 with iOS 7.0. They all worked. Sometimes the bluetooth connection may not be stable. after trying it several times I finally get it worked! I was planning to develop such a app when I would have time. But now there is one that works and it only cost one buck. I would recommend pay that buck and go for the Pro version! Great job!

I am using an iPhone 6+ for the monitor and a 4S for the camera. 1 Run the app on both iPhones. 2 On the camera phone, click on "Setup a remote Camera". The Camera screen appears. 3 On the monitor phone, click on "Connect to a BlueTooth Camera" (or "Connect to a WIFI Camera" 4 Viola! It saves photos and videos on the camera phone. I have not explored the other options yet. Note that iPhones do not "pair" via Bluetooth. The app itself uses Bluetooth for the connection. Instructions were not clear to me, I had to try several times to get it to work, but I am *totally* happy with it now that I figured out the setup. Great app!

I got it to work quickly between my iPhone and my iPod touch over wifi. However, its annoying that I couldnt rotate the iPod I was using as a camera in any other direction or the feed would come out sideways or upside down on my iPhone.

Full of bugs, does not record video. Would not use it even if it were free. I feel ripped off.

Excellent implementation of this idea. I have tried several options and this one is keeper. Paid version is 100% worth its money. Once again, best one out there. Direct IP/BT connection. No need for accounts or login to any remote servers. Works perfect for 6+ hrs of interrupt free connection (my test). If possible, to add in next version: Zoom option, if possible to use digital zoom option on source i-device. Support for split screen, for additional video sources.

Im getting some fantastic remote shots of birds at my birdfeeder using this plus a Gorillapod :) The app itself could use some usability love (setting focus remotely, supporting different orientations, etc) but it still does the job well. Being able to sleep the screen to save battery is particularly useful.
