Works great when launched properly

I am using an iPhone 6+ for the monitor and a 4S for the camera.

1 Run the app on both iPhones.
2 On the camera phone, click on "Setup a remote Camera". The Camera screen appears.
3 On the monitor phone, click on "Connect to a BlueTooth Camera" (or "Connect to a WIFI Camera"
4 Viola!

It saves photos and videos on the camera phone. I have not explored the other options yet.

Note that iPhones do not "pair" via Bluetooth. The app itself uses Bluetooth for the connection. Instructions were not clear to me, I had to try several times to get it to work, but I am *totally* happy with it now that I figured out the setup. Great app!
